knee pain

I'm gonna ask on Wednesday at my appointment anyway but what can I use to ease knee pain? I don't like Tylenol and refuse to take pills because of being pregnant. But can I use maybe those icy hot patches or something like that?

I'm stuck volunteering a lot because of tanf so I'm always going. That's why I want to see about those icy hot patches. If I can use them it'd be great

Use a heat pad on if , pretty much the only thing that helps .

It's mostly my left knee. But I'm gonna try the massage and compress tomorrow

You can also try a heat compress by microwaving a damp washcloth for 10-20 seconds.

I'll have to try that. I'm not a big fan of baths mostly cause if I get down that low I won't be able to up easily and being in water makes a fall that much more likely. But I'll try the massage. It can't hurt any thing any worse really

I have patellar tendonitis and its been flaring up bad lately. I usually do a warm bath since the heart relaxes your muscles, tendons and ligaments. I also massage my knee and move my knee cap around in tiny circles to unpinch nerves. It helps with pain and swelling

I googled it and many ladies said that you shouldn't cause it contains aspirin and can be absorbed through the skin.

I have the SAME problem my right knee is always the one that hurts like h***. I have a doctors appointment the same day lol. So I guess we'll find out!
