How do you know when your in labor? How does it feel? I'm 37+4 and been in more pain not pain i cant deal with but sharp pains cramping & pressure

I think im starting to feel like lighter contractions hopefully! Im ready for my little guyyy!

I also didn't feel pressure till they broke my water but everyone's diff!

The worst menstrual cramps you'll ever have in your life, pain can spread to your back. You can't talk or think during them. You will most likely have one position you just wanna stay in cause its comforting to you. That's how I was. They start of mild then get worse over time. They will also come frequently (like every 5 mins, then 3 mins, etc.)
