laparoscopy

Has any one had a laparoscopy to remove cyst off the ovaries? and how long after can you TTC?  Waiting for my RE to call me back but I felt the experts here :) will let me know first. Plus I will like to hear first had what to expect.

Thanks, I was wooried about how soon I can TTC after... good thing is that if my cycle stays the same I will be getting AF the next week or so after.  I have so many questions for my RE next itme I see him.. I was wondering how long I will be out of work.. I have so much going on here for the next two months.  I am planing on taking a week off, and then work from home if I have to.  I sit all day but, I walk 1.5 mile to get to the office from Penn Station in the city.  So worried if the walking is a problem.  Cycle buddies it is:)

I had my lap in May 2009, and was able to start TTC immediately.  I didn't have cysts as large as yours,  so I don't know if that matters - but it was pretty quick and painless, and I was only supposed to be down for 2-3 days (I was a waitress at the time though, and I had to stay out for 2 weeks).  I also had ovarian drilling to release the testosterone that was causing the cysts.  I also conceived that month (I went right from the lap to clomid when AF came), unfortunately it ended in blighted ovum, but at least we knew I could O and conceive!!  Good luck babe, if you need anything let me know!
