leaking milk at 24 weeks

Backround : 9th pregnancy with two living never had a problem with breast leaking until after delivery with any others

So the last week i've noticed that my breast have been getting harder and harder but nothing to bad, then today I noticed that they are leaking I am worried that its a sign of early labour because my son was born at 36wks my daughter 35wks and my other daughter at 18wks and my doctor is really concerned about this pregnancy b/c i have a shortened cevix, preiva, low fluids and low blood flow to baby.

Is this a sign of early labour????

With my first I leaked half way through pregnancy til I was induced at 40weeks. Then after delivery I dried up completely before I even left the hospital.

Not at all. You're not actually leaking milk, as this doesn't come in until after the birth of the child. Instead what it is is colostrum. I started to leak at 25 weeks (roughly) and it continued till I gave birth at 39 weeks.
