leg cramps

Im 36 weeks and 2 days. I have been having serious leg cramps and swelling in both of my feet. Lastnight i was having serious back pain also. Is this all normal for the third trimester? The leg cramps sometimes will keep going all night than the next morning my legs will be extremly sore.

okay thank u! Just was wondering this is my second pregnacy but with my first i only made it to 33 weeks and she was only 2lbs so i really didnt get a chance to experience much.

I'm 37+2 and I have been having these same problems, midwife & doctors have said it's all normal

It's normal, just try to get as much exercise as possible and keep your feet elevated when sitting that should reduce the swelling
