lifting weights

How much is it safe to lift at the gym while doing weights?

Ok thanks:) iasked the dr she said its ok bit is it safe to do like leg presses and that kind of stuff?

You can do absolutely anything except exercises that use your lower abdominals.
I go to the gym all the time. I do cardio, muscle sculpting, stretches, and upper body weights.
I even see other pregnant women there.
As long as you're in your second trimester or later, you and the baby will be perfectly fine.
Do talk to your doctor about a heart rate limit in case you already have any health issue.
