You can do absolutely anything except exercises that use your lower abdominals.
I go to the gym all the time. I do cardio, muscle sculpting, stretches, and upper body weights.
I even see other pregnant women there.
As long as you're in your second trimester or later, you and the baby will be perfectly fine.
Do talk to your doctor about a heart rate limit in case you already have any health issue.
