low blood platelets anyone??

i was told around 4 months that i had low blood platelets. then was told they got worse wen i was 5 months im 6 1/2 months now and they are going to test it again. im scared they will be worse. if so i cant have an epidural! anyone else with this problem?

Yea when they saw I had it they put me at a high risk pregnancy but took me off 1s I got better u just need to be at a 80% so u can get the epidural and am the same am glad I can get it even if am gonna try not to which I doubt I will last hehe

oh is tht wat tht means? my doctor scared me when she told me i have to have a consultation with anesthesia before birth. i ddnt know wat that meant! lol well i wanted to try natural birth but i just would like to have an epidural as a back up option you know?

I have it too they told me in the beginning but mine got better & am at a 83% which means I can get the epidural but I would have to talk to the anesthesiologist Wen I get to the hospital to see if he a willing to do it because my doctor said some don't do it at all if you have your platelets low
