lower abdomen pain( early pregnancy)

I have had some lower abdomen pain since last night it's not cramping it's just a constant pain.. I'm scared bc I've had 2 miscarriages. I go to the Dr tomorrow and he told me to either go to the er or stay on bed rest until the apt. Please help me with understanding what it might be.. sometimes it's painful but most of the time its bearable. Please help.. ps I'm not spotting or bleeding

I had the same thing. Still have it. Ended up in er yesterday due to bleeding. Baby is fine. Try to just roll with it til you see your doctor. Not sure how early you are, but if it eases your fears you can go to er.  They will do a pelvic exam, blood tests, and ultrasound.

how early are you? I remember wen i was in my 4-8 weeks i had pains all the time. sometimes they were really dull. im already 12 weeks and i still get those pains once in a while. i went to the er to find out what was causing it and they told me it was round ligament pain. meaning ur uterus is stretching. take a warm bath and tylenol. it will go away after a lil. if it doesnt wait till tomoro. ur doctor will ease ur mind.

I'm 8 weeks.. I've had little pains here and there but not all day like this, it's even down in my legs.. now when I go to the bathroom I have and I'm sorry for the tmi but when I go to the bathroom and I wipe there's a clear discharge with barley a bit of pink..

yes get that checked out.... it can be an infection. i still do get a lil discharge but i never see it pink. as long as its not dark. ur fine.
