lower back pain/pressure

Im having very painful pains in my lower back not my spine area but on like my sides but not all the way to my sides. This part might be personal but for anyone who gets back pain or pressure pain before their period yu might kno what im tlkin about. im only at the most like 5 weeks pregnant, my aunt says it could be constipation... if anyone knows what it could be or how I could make it stop pleaseeeee tell me ... Thanks

i had that and everyone told me it was the baby and to drink water so i put it off and it kept getting worse i let it get so bad i could not get out of bed i had a kidney infection its bad for the baby and i was in the hospital for 3 days cause of it i would highly recomend going to a doc. drink water and cranbery juice it also helps prevint uti's if the juice tastes bad try using half juice and half water.
