lower pain

Everytime I sneeze or get up too quick I feel a very quick sharp pain in my lower abdominal area. I am 4 months and three weeks pregnant. People tell ne its my baby balling up. Any advice?

It is probably ligament pain. Since you are starting to grow bigger it is not uncommon to have ligaments strech and at times be painful, when you sneeze you actually strech those ligaments as well. I would not think the pain you were having was due to baby moving into a ball. It is more likely ligaments or muscles as they are streching.

Hahahaha i am 24wks and everytime i cough or sneeze i get that same pain! Your not alone.

i get that pain too in 22 weeks and i also pee myself a little bit too when i sneeze lol. ahh the joys of being prego lol x

Lol I'm glad I'm not alone. Its really painful but I'm glad its normal!! My bladder have also gotten weak on me lol. Can't help a Lil leak. Lol
