but to my first baby, i wasnt even in emergency situation.. actually i lacked amniotic fluid thats why i go under forced labor.. been to hospital for 2days they keep on injecting soemthing to make my tummy hurts but its useless until they forced to break my water bag and thats my tummy started to be painful and ive waited the whole day, until the doctor said i should really make the baby come out tru cesarean because i cant make it to normal due to lack of fluid which makes the baby slip out on my vagina.. they made me sleep and i woke up struggling to thirst..i have phobia in syringe..

It's only in emergency situations that a mother is completely put out. In 99% of cases with c-sections, the mother is awake.

Well u can have sex in different positions so u are better comfortable. Like on top. Laying on ur side or even doggie style

The only bad thing would be bacteria from ur hands getting to ur cervix and causing infection.  But they make finger condoms.   Or be sure to really scrub ur hands before and after of course.   I cant tell u y the baby moves but i know it doesduring intercourse as well so.
