I purchased a regular bra when I first notice them getting bigger and more tender! The reason I bought a regular bra is I didn't know how big I was actually gonna get on top! Went from a triple d to a g. I didn't want to buy a maternity bra (which is a special order for my cup size at the time) and turn around down the road the cup size goes up do to actually having the milk in them! It was a save money and long term decision for me! After talking to the doctor too he said because I will not be breast feeding they may shrink back down to original size so to have those bra sizes already in between my original is gonna save me from buying yet another bra later on! Sport bras are amazing when you sleep gives you that extra support so you can relieve tenderness at night! I now being 16wks don't have the tenderness anymore which means I don't need to sleep in it anymore! Best of luck dear!
Yeah I think I will just get normal bras. I'm a bit of an underwear snob and always have to wearing nice colour colour matching underwear lol. The maternity bras have improved a lot in recent years but still not quite as nice as I would like them to. I could be wearing anything on top, but as long as I'm wearing matching undies - I'm fine. Think I'll just get a couple of sport type ones to wear about the house and at night. I'm definitely going to go get fitted first though - not been in 5 years so I know the bras now definitely aren't going to fit for much longer. I'm already a C cup normally so I just hope I don't too big haha!
I have gone up 2 cup sizes!!! My band is the same..its the boobs that have gotten huge!! Plus I'm already big busted to begin with!! B4 I got preggers this time I had been wearing a DDD!! I would def get yourself a bigger bra, hun!! And sports bras are wonderful when preggers!!
I just wore normal bras but I got some in a bigger size. I'd never had a bra fitting before, so I had that done and it's much more comfortable. And I wear sports bras whenever I'm not "out and about" to still have support but not the restrictive feeling bras can something give. You just have to remember your boobs will keep growing, and grow again after birth once your milk comes in. So get one that can grow with you somewhat.
