medication recommendations
I have a really bad sinus and upper respiratory infection and the medication I was prescribed (augmentin) isn't getting rid of it. I was wondering if anyone knows of any medications I can take that will just make my nose stop running. Or a cough syrup o can take

keep taking ur perscription but call ur OB, they may have u go in to get checked over. I had bad broncitis and my med wasnt working but my OB figured out I had a sinus infection on top of it & perscribed 2 additional meds. but I know for sure mucinex,sudefed, and robutussin are all okay to take. same for claritin (not sure of spelling) but id ask tge pharmasist about wether they're safe to mix with that antibiotic.
