Can I take melatonin while 10 weeks pregnant ?
I took unisom it worked well and had no ill affects on my baby plus my Dr said it will help with nausea
I would ask your provider. My doctor told me I could take benadryl or Tylenol pm, that it's safe during pregnancy. My sisters doctor told her to take melatonin including the above.
I wouldn't unless your doctor approves it. Sleep aids even natural ones may not be okay. good luck
