migraine help :(

I'm 18 weeks and I've had this horrible migraine all day, any advice on how to get rid of it? I have Tylenol but I'd rather try natural things first...?

Get a cold wet cloth and lay down with in on your forehead

I've heard a cup of Gatorade or powerade can help.

Take the Tylenol. It won't affect the baby.
