migraines! help!

So I've been getting migraines since like 8th grade and now I'm 9 wks and I usually take extra strength ibuprofen or excedrin migraine.....I had a debilitating migraine last night. Took the Tylenol and it only got worse. I was a hot mess in the bed until now at 5am. Smh.... what are some remedies I can try next time? omg I really thought my head was going to explode or something..

Ask your Dr to prescribe you Fioricet. I had chronic migraines before pregnancy, so I didn't even bother waiting, my Dr prescribed that to me instead of my heavier medication. It's pregnancy safe and not expensive at all. Cures my migraines very quickly. Good luck :)

Ugh that's what I did. Except I need to get extra strength Tylenol that might help better next time. Thx!

Try a cool rag on your forehead and back of neck, lay in a dark room, no phone no tv no nothing, and try extra strength Tylenol
