A friend of mine who had to stop lactation after birth actually wrapped her breasts in ace bandages (like the sports bra idea) and used ice packs for the pain.
Just wanted to let everyone know so she doesn't have to relive it that she delivered her son stillborn the other day...so no, she won't be breastfeeding.
Keep the advice coming though, I know she appreciates the tips <3.
I always put those pads in my bra and wore a tight sports bra over my regular bra. It didn't help 2 stop the milk but the extra support helped some. My sister swears by the cabbage leaves I never tried it tho
Frozen cabbage leaves or your dr can give you medicine to help dry you up
If you are not going to breast feed wear the tight bra sport bras you can an it will stop
