Morning sickness is not a sign of a viable pregnancy. I threw up a lot with my first pregnancy and it ended in a missed mc. Signs aand symptoms slow no indication of a healthy or unhealthy baby.
i have my first appt wed i just be so nervous probably just over stressing it cause i dont get morning sickness to tell me that everything is good
Best thing I ever did was invest in a doppler. I was having so many problems I was a nervous wreck! Don't worry about fading symptoms they come and go, I never had morning sickness
I wouldn't worry about that! My whole pregnancy my symptoms would be roaring one week, and the next I wouldn't even feel pregnant, that is completely normal!
reading this makes me scared....My wife and I heard our Baby Heart Beat at 9 weeks. just this week my wife stop morning sickness and feels fine now. We have our 12 week app March 3 and I'm so scared of bad news....
Same i had missed mc 4months ago and had no pain or bleedin and only found out i had lost the baby at 9weeks at my 12week scan.

No, I had a missed mc last year and had no symptoms that anything had gone wrong. I found out via ultrasound that I had lost the baby.
I have had a mc and i bled and had cramps but in saying that i bled and cramped with my now 4yo and everything was fine. i also bled this pregnancy and cramped and all was ok, im now 30wks. so yes it could be a sign of mc but not always.
I had a missed miscarriage and I didn't bleed or cramp ever.... I just had to have a D&C
