I have miscarried. Did I do something wrong? When can I get pregnant again?

It doesn't mean you did something wrongat all unless you're smoking crank or somethingit could just be imbalanced hormones in fact ninety percent of the time miscarriage has nothing to do with external things it mostly just means your body rejected the baby it could've been stress I had a miscarriage at five or six weeks and for pregnant just two months later and though it's not recommended I personally think it's fine
The body is programmed to reject the baby if there is sobering seriously wrong with it. The DNA might have been so that the heart wasn't going to form properly or other internal organs weren't going to function. You did nothing wrong, every once in a while the baby just isn't ready to come into the world. When you have a baby it will be super healthy and you'll have a wonderful pregnancy :)
A third of all pregnancies end in the first trimester for unknown reasons, it's actually perfectly natural even if it's heart breaking. It's your body saying "somethings wrong with this one, try again." I've miscarried 4x - each time they never found a heartbeat. My doctor said it doesn't have an effect on future pregnancies thank goodness. I'm now carrying a healthy baby at 18 weeks along. As soon as your bodies healed (not bleeding) you can conceive again. The only thing my doc said is it's kinda hard on the body to miscarry and conceive back to back. Keep you're chin up, it'll happen for you!
No you did nothing wrong hun. It happens to so many women. I had 1 as well. I also have 2 children and am pregnant again. To be honest most women ive talked to have gone through this too. Please talk to someone if you are feeling really sad. Depending how far along you where I would ask your doctor when you can start trying. Keep taking your prenatal pills and eating right :) best of luck to you and hugs!
Like she said it's not recommended but I miscarried and got pregnant a week later and carried full term. I now have a healthy 3 year old.
You did nothing wrong. Baby just decided to wait for the exact perfect time before they come back and bless your life with their presence. You can try when you are ready again. Good luck momma and im so sorry for your loss
