miscarriage?

I started bleeding yesterday morning around 9:30am. I called my doctor and had bloodwork done hCG was 12.

Later I was still bleeding. I would say I filled about 1 pad yesterday. (All day) I went to the ER and my hCG was a 11..... I was diagnosed with a threatened mc? I dont know how far along I am or anything I just found out I was pregnant on the 8th..

I've slowed down on the bleeding since this morning. There is still spotting, does this mean Ive completed the mc? My last mc was at 12 weeks with twins. It was completely different than this one.. oh and also if I have completed the mc DH wants to try again. We are trying for our #3

Thank you all very much. DH and I are at peace with it. Yesterday was rough, but today we are better. We will keep our fingers crossed for baby #3 and sticky dust. DH and I will be trying again shortly. Ive read several places that you can get pregnant very easily after a mc once the doctor says its okay. So hopefully. My next few posts will be about my BFP :)

I would say from personal experience that you are having a miscarriage. Levels should double every 48-72 hours. They should not go down. That indicates a miscarriage especially when it is accompanied by bleeding. Sorry for your loss. Keep faith, it will happen. I had my oldest daughter, then had a tubal (they had to remove a tube) then a blighted ovum (baby stopped developing early) and was finally able conceive my middle daughter. Now I'm 26+2 with my 3rd little girl. It will happen. Good luck!

Oh, I'm very sorry for your loss.  And that you've already lost twins, it hurts.  I'm very sorry.  I think it is always a good thing to set up a doctors appointment for an exam to make sure all is alright after a miscarriage.  Wishing you peace sweetie.

I had a miscarriage in May. My Hcg levels was 9 then when I went back a few days later it was at 2. Your levels are suppose to double every 48 hours I believe if I remember right but when it decrease that means you are having a miscarriage. If so dont be upset there nothing you could of done. Im now expecting again and this baby is really healthy and growing perfect. It just might not be that time
