I agree with Clysta. Sounds like a chemical pregnancy, I've had several in the past and this is how they have happened. I am so sorry hun.

A missed miscarriage is where your body doesn't recognize baby has died, and therefor doesn't try to expell the tissue. It sounds like a chemical pregnancy personally. Are you having more blood work done?
