missed period but, test negative

My last period was 14th nov. So far I haven't got my periods. Its now sixth week. I have done home test thrice which came negative. Is there such thing that I should do the home test by giving a gap of atleast 5 or 6 days. I did the test in the gap of 2 or 3 days. I don't have any very clear symptoms in my body which shows that I am pregnant. I have little bit of lower abdominal pain and also my belly has slightly bulge out which I am not sure because of pregnancy or I overeat but, yes now a days i have too much craving to eat something sweet.
The other important thing is for last two months I am under medication for Hypothyroid. I am taking a levothyroxin 25mcg tab in the morning.
Please advise me. Do you think it can be a affect of taking this medicine ?

As far as I know, the thyroxin will actually help you get pregnant by normalizing your thyroid levels.  I don't think it should affect you HCG, though.  I might call doc and ask for a blood test if your home tests keep on popping negative.  It is also possible that they may need to make an adjustment on your meds.
