missed periods

hi i m 22 years i was in sexual activity with my bf on 23 october ..he tried to do penetration but he could not ..and  it was my first time...instead he inserted his finger so deeply  which pained a lot and he removed it once i said..it pains . the problem is i'm 7 days late for my period now .i got the symptoms of periods twice(saturday and monday) what usually i used to get(stomach pain) but still i ve not got what i m suppossed to do to get my periods???should i consult the doctor or is it better  to do hpt first and then consult ???i  m really worried

eat dates or take hot tea without milk more u r periods will come.. its usual during 1st sexual inter courses

From what u have said, I can't see how u could've gotten pregnant. U said he couldn't even penetrate. So, I wouldn't really worry about pregnancy.
Late periods may happen for all sort of reasons, try seeing a doctor to know why it's this late especially is u r normally regular
