morning sickness or a virus?

I'm 14 weeks and 3 days I haven't had any morning sickness yet and last night I woke up feeling like I needed to throw up I let it go and went back to sleep woke up this morning and I get sicker thought maybe I was hungry so I ate some cereal buy soon as I did I threw it all back up was having hot flashes and dizziness. drunk some ginger ale it didn't help ate dried cereal to keep something on my stomach and room my vitamin and I would dry heave and it taste like fish and made me sicker, and thing is everyone in this house has been sick my be just woke up the other night and threw up own if its morning sickness or a virus I will cough to which makes me dry heave, and I hears after 13 weeks I should be better but I didn't get sick at all in 1st trimester so I just sleep to keep from throwing up and I get worse if I lay on my left or right side I can only lay on my stomach and back

Sounds like morning sickness . I am the same way I eat n throw it all up seconds after finishing . Nothing keeps my nausea in check but cold water n or Gatorade .
