Anything with ginger in it as the first post said, ginger ale, gingerbeer and even ginger tea, if you cant by that get fresh ginger and slice very thin, place over boiling water and let sttep for about 5 min, you can put some honey in it as well. The saltine crackers are a good idea or even abit of dry toast as well, also try grated apple, that can work, good luck

When I was pregnant with my daughter I was like that..I couldn't keep anything down...except saltine crackers and ginger ale...those were my 2 best friends til about 6 months...itll get better hang in there...I can't remember if the doctor gave me pills to help or not...but u can ask if u ever get into the doctor.
