I used Phenergen with my last pregnancy and it just put me to sleep.   It may help though.  I am currently about 8 wks and miserable.  I think the only thing I have found so far that takes the edge off is soda and crackers.  Good luck I feel for you too!

When I'm at my worst, the things that have helped me are peppermints, milk, and Pringles...not all together, though.  haha
And of course there are those times that nothing seems to help.  But usually the peppermints help some.  Ginger ale with natural ginger in it helps, too.  I have tried chamomile tea (my doctor's office recommended it) but it didn't seem to make a big difference for me.

My doctor prescribed Phenegran for me.  It didn't really work very well for me but from what I've read on this forum, it really works for some people.  I also found this peach/ginger tea.  It tastes good and it does help.  It's made by The Republic of Tea.  It's not with the rest of the teas.  It's like a specialty tea (maybe close to the coffees).  I've also heard of these things called Prego Pops (suckers for pregnant women).  I don't know how they work.  I found out about them after I was past that point in my pregnancy but I'd sure try them now if I were.  Oh, and pepperment ice cream helps too.  Blue Bell makes it during the holidays, so you can probably find it now at your local grocery store.  But of course the ice cream stores/shops have it year round.  I know different things work for different women but I hope one of these suggestions helps you.  I am miserable with nausea/vomiting my first trimester.  I feel for you!!

the doctors that i work for say to eat frequent small meals, cause filling up your stomach can make the nausea and vomiting worse.  They also say to drink a little bit of Coke (coca cola syrup is a natural anti-nausea remedy) and eat crackers or cheerios between meals.  Hope that helps

Apparently those travel sick bands that you put on your wrist can work really well. Just don't wear them all the time or your body gets used to them and they don't work anymore. Goodluck!
