muscle weakness

Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible for the baby to be pushing on the spine or if there's some other pregnancy related cause of right sided muscle weakness?

well at 34 weeks your body is releasing hormones to loosen muscles and ligiments to prepare for birth.  I know around then is when I would lose my balance and my knees would give out and I had a hard time getting up from laying down...not just cause I was fat!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant.  I've been having other neurological issues, it seems, but had a brain MRI 4 weeks ago that was negative.  The muscle weakness has been since the MRI so it's been a bit frightening and I'm trying to stay calm, hoping that some of this is pregnancy related and will soon pass.  Thanks for your post.

how far along are you? Its possible that the baby could be causing muscle weakness but I would talk to your doctor about it asap.... But if the baby is big enough its possible..
Best wishes to you
