If i was a boy I'd hate the name romance especially bcus boys are tough and romance is a feminine word mostly and if i was a girl id hate the Romania sounds like ramona. I think u can do better but up to u.

Don't go off a name just because you want your twins to have similar names. I am personally not a fan of them and I think they would most definitely be made fun of and bullied throughout school. Employers might even try to not hire them because of those names also. But it is your choice. Just try and consider everything in your choice

They are your kids but you should consider them being made fun of or future job applications you know? Romania sounds better than romance tho romance is a little much for a name but I'M just giving my opinion do what you feel is best (:
