natural abortion

Hi I am 20yrs old . I had sex with my partner in d last month I guess 2times..I had contraceptive pill both the time..my period was due on august end since erlier I got on last week of July. I missed them in august asuming tat it must hav postponed due to the pill. I again had sex with my partner on the1st Sept. And had a pill. I asumed again my dates will b postponed..but I got dem on the 4th on dis month. I.e 4th Sept...I had spotting. So just to avoid problems I went to the doctr(gynac) she suggstd beta HCG. It came out to be 42miu/ml... She said I am pregnant..and shld go tru a sonograpIhy I did tat but doc said no pregnancy thing is found...I was told to again do the testa after 2days..and it came to be below 1:2 in my secong beta HCG test..doc saes it aborting naturally because of the pills..I did it 3rd tym for my self satisfaction and d tests showd <1:20...I am still on my periods ...its been 8days since 4thsept tat em bleeing what is it? And how long em I gonna bleed? Plz hlp! Damn disturbed.

It's most likely you miscarrying, not your period. You need to follow up with your doctor, and make sure your levels go back to normal, and that there's no left over tissue from the pregnancy, or you can get a really bad infection from it. Also, taking the contraceptive pill 2 times that close together, is REALLY dangerous, you need to use that sparingly, it's not a form of birth control. If you're going to be sexually active you need to look into a real form of birth control, because plan B is bad for you. Again, make sure you follow up with your doctor with an U/S and blood work to make sure all of the pregnancy tissue is gone.

Now tat my beta HCG has droped and its below5 it means em not pregnant...so how mch shld it fall upto normally????
Below1.2 is not normal??
My doc said shl do a cleanup.. What does tat mean?

If it's below 1-2, then you're definitely not pregnant anymore, Anything below 5 means not pregnant. A clean up would be like a d&c I assume, or a uterus scrape that cleans out the extra tissue, but if it's back below 5 I can't imagine there being much to clean out, it depends on how long you bleed for, some of the bleeding could be to blame on the plan B. I would listen to your doctors recommendation though, he/she knows what to do in this situation!

If my bleeding stops there is no need for a cleanup??? And itf doesn't..sfter cleanup vll it stop?
After oll this will I get my periods on the regular interval? O dey'l b irregular??
