You can always try crackers, preggy pops, gingerale, sucking on a lemon and salt, toast, not drinking anything while eating, eating smaller meals, there are these bands you can get at CVS; their called motions bands, you can get those, try laying in bed a little longer before getting up, ice water, ice itself; sucking on it. Try to stay hydrated is a big part of it too! Don't drink anything acidy; soda, orange juice, ect. Don't eat spicy food. Eat more dry foods if possible. Eat a small size. These are some things to help nausea. It could also be heart burn so try some tumbs. Tumbs will also help with the gass. But it's normal to have durring pregnancy. If you get too bad you can ask for a medician to help with your nausea. Good luck, hun!! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Both are normal.  Try non alcoholic ginger beer or ginger tea. Also try eating dry biscuits before you get up in the morning.  Im almost 12 weeks and still suffering from severe morning sickness
