Women get pregnant just weeks after having a baby all the time. You are extremely fertile after giving birth. If you are having unprotected sex often it is very possible to be pregnant again. Like I said before if you are showing symptoms take a test, it's the only way to know.

I had my baby Dec. 21 and I also formula feed and I still haven't gotten my monthly yet, but I know I'm not pregnant. I'm sure your monthly will be making an appearance in the next couple weeks as I expect mine to do the same. Everyone's different. Some people get it back within a couple weeks and some get it back in a few months...but if you're showing symptoms of being pregnant then you should take a test.
