So I've been living in my apt for almost a year now and now this d bag just moved in and he's bringing low life losers here to party and hang out. What can I do to get him out! We all have a shared patio and I can't even bring my son outside to play Cuz the type of ppl that he's bringing here. Its a 4 apt complex and is very family oriented

We live in a very family oriented apt complex also thankfully we have not had issues with our neighbors but our office is always on the hunt to give a violation and fine lol im sure they will be glad to know something like this

Talk to the leasing office or your landlord and file a complaint they take these things seriously because they can loose tenants and money over this and it makes them look bad. Most places you can only get three violations before being evicted. He will be fines and or get violations if he does not improve his behavior and tone it down after being notified by management.  Good luck you definitely dont have to deal with that
