I've been drinking Dr pepper since I first got pregnant(I'll be 38 weeks on Monday) just as long as you keep drinking a lot of water it shouldn't hurt. Its hard for me too cause I know this is a pregnancy craving. I used to be a coca cola fan before I got pregnant. Now I can't stand it lol

I drink it daily I'm addicted to Dr. Pepper. If I don't I get horrible headaches.

I did, but should not have.  A lot of sugar is not good for you, and the chemicals in diet soda aren't good for you either.  I cut mine in half with sparkling water, and was able to cut back by eating a little more fat like in dairy.

Yes you can. Just be sure you are still drinking enough water
