Hello. During the first two months of my pregnancy. I couldn't keep anything down. Including water. It was a struggle. After eating I'd immediately throw up. Several times a day. The important thing is to try your best to keep your self hydrated. I know that is a job in it self.
It was horrible. I was constantly tired. I was prescribed some medication that was suppose to help with the vomiting. In my case it did not. Talk to your doctor about that. It may help you.
Over time I eventually was able to eat more. Now I'm 28 weeks. And I feel fine. (As far as being nauseous goes.)
I'd suggest talking to your doctor about this. They can prescribe something that is safe for you, and your baby. I would just like you to know that for most women it get's better.
Good luck.
Thank you ladies, yesterday I couldn't move and was so exhausted and sleepy, I slept from 6:30 pm till 7:00 am and I still have nausea and vomitting, I will go to the hospital today
I agree with the other ladies - if you cant keep anything down you need medical treatment to prevent/treat dehydration which can cause serious complications. Your symptoms and what you are feeling is NOT okay.
I hope things get better for you soon. Please keep us posted.
honestly, it sounds like you may need to be hospitalized. either a stomach bug or hypermesis... either way if you are not keeping fluids down, both you and baby are at risk for problems.
No, I don't drink water at all, anything I drink I throw up.
Are you keeping water down at all? if not you need to go streight to emergency to be rehydrated. They will also set you up with some antibiotics to treat the uti. It seems to me that the uti has reoccured.
