When you stimulate your nipples, you want to do it in a manner as if you were having foreplay. Rub and twist right below the nipple around the areola. You can get the best results if you're masturbating at the same time. Oxytocin is the hormone produced by an orgasm. It may seem odd, but try to enjoy the process or it might not work. Also limit your water intake, slight dehydration can bring on contractions.

I know women are gonna complain about me mentioning dehydration. But, once you go to Labor and delivery, they are gonna tell you not to drink anything at all so your Labor doesn't stall or stop. All women go through the dehydration phase while in labor. Ice chips are intended to simply wet your palate NOT quench your Thirst.

Nipple stimulation brings the oxytocin out to help the contractions and your just massaging your nipples with your fingers. That is all I know.
