no doctor. no prenatals

Ok so I just hit 10 weeks today, me and my husband just moved and we had some slight issues with our insurance. Because of the issues I wasn't able to make a doctor's apt cause you know, no insurance. But luckily now we have it but now I'm at 10 and still havnt been seen once by a doctor or even gotten my prenatal pills. I have to wait till Friday to schedule an apt but I'm worried because I haven't  gotten anything done with this little guy inside me. Should I be worried about not being on prenatals by the 10th week. Will my baby be ok?

I went 5months without prenatal care with my first and I had a healthy bby girl due to moving also and getting my medical case transferred and all couldn't get an appt until my case was in the county I moved to

Yes, agree to just get some over the counter prenatal vitamins.  Folic acid is the main thing you need.  And many doctors practices do not see new moms until the 8 to 10 week point.  My doctor saw me at 8 weeks with my first and 9 with my second.  So, you aren't out of the time frame really.  good luck

Yeah I just buy a huge bottle at costco. And as far as seeing the doctor, your fine. Anytime between 9 and 14 weeks is good for a first appointment. My doctor won't even see you until 9 weeks. By then the baby is big enough to find the heartbeat easier.

Uu can buy prenatals at just about any store.  But i wouldn't worry about not going yet your still early.  My first app wasn't until I was like 7 and a half weeks and they sent me in for an ultrasound at 8 weeks to see how far I was.  Just drink milk and oj amd vitamins till yu go . DRINK MASS WATER it's so easy to get dehydrated  (and it *****) lile force yourself to drink it even when yur not thersty your body will get use to it and you'll start to crave it and be drinking it regularly. I'm 34 weeks and I drink a full football jug plus oj & milk and any other water bottles within a 24 hour period ; yu won't even realize it.

You can buy prenatal at walmart for like six bucks. When I was prego my doctor told me those were fine. Pretty much exactly the same. In fact anyone that I have known who was pregnant just got their own prenatals,  not been prescribed them.
