not gaining weight

I have a question and I was hoping someone here can help me out. So I have been overweight my whole life and due to circumstances my pre pregnancy weight was around 88-89 kg which is heavy.
I am currently 10 weeks and I should be gaining weight. This app says 0-2 kg per week, but todaymy weight was 86.7 kg meaning I have lost weight. Is this a bad or a good thing, because a growing baby should add weight. Or am I losing fat due to eating healthier but gaining less weight for the baby?
Im confused..

I lost 17 lbs up until about 20 weeks and than I slowly started gaining it back. My doctor told me it was normal. Your baby is getting its nutrients it needs even when you don't eat anything because it takes it from your stored nutrients in your body

I'm 12 weeks and I've lost weight. Everyone's body is different. You'll start gaining weight soon. But you could always ask your doctor next appointment
