not sleeping and vomiting

Hi Ladies, OK so I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and for the life of me I can't sleep. I have a pillow I sleep with and I tried the bath before bed. I have no problem getting to sleep but about 4 hours later I wake up and I can't go back to sleep. I don't take naps during the day unless I really didn't get enough sleep at all. My husband thinks its his fault I'm not sleeping so he is trying to sleep on the couch instead of in bed with me, which I don't want. Also, I've tried the whole eating something 15 minutes before getting out of bed in the morning but all that results in is vomiting what I ate. If I don't eat I still puke, I just don't have anything but stomach acid to throw up. So any suggestions on how to not throw up every morning? BTW I hate ginger.

It is recommended by doctors, I won't take that chance. I will try the salt thing. Thanks for the suggestions.

Lick a pinch of salt to help with nausea. Gets rid of it almost instantly and can eat within 5 minutes of licking it. For sleep try melatonin,.
