not very active...

So I'm 36 weeks 5 days along and my little girl's movements have decreased a lot. She is usually so active I'm begging her to calm down. I don't know if I should be really worried because I've felt her hiccups, but I'm having a lot of pelvic pressure and some contractions..any advice??

My baby did the same thing. She was so extremely active that i felt like my insides were bruised. Then around 37-38weeks she completely was the opposite. She was calm as often as she used to be active and very active as often she use to be calm. But as long as you're still able to get your kick count, baby is fine..

It's hard to say what they'll do. If you're already dilating on your own, they likely won't have to induce.

I've heard it said that diarrhea is a common symptom when labour is nearing. It's your body's way of cleaning itself out

Last week I was dilated 1 centimeter and now I have diarrhea. I know that's a little tmi but its a part of pregnancy. I called my ob and left a message but haven't heard anything back. They won't induce me will they??

They say that baby's movement can slow down close to when labour starts.

But also remember, it's getting more cramped in there for baby, so it's not uncommon for baby to start running out of room.

Have you gone to your O.B. lately? When you do, I would just mention it to your O.B. and they can check you. They'll check for any signs of dilation, cervical thinning etc...
