numbness

If I sleep on my side I wake up because both arms are numb what causing this weird thing

I have this if I lay on my back or sometimes when I am at work my hanfs go numb. It scares me so much. I have an appt. in two weeks to ask about it.

your baby or you are sleeping on a nerve i used to do this but it was my legs. dont worry to much its pretty normal

I would agree. I had preg induced carpal tunnel with my first. Your Dr can prescribe you some braces to wear at night that will help. And just to warn you, when I got to about 34 weeks, this also caused numbness in my legs and feet too

Im 16wks and have the same problem, ive been told by my ob that its preg induced carpel tunnel.... Its not harmfull just annoying
