I just started and I'm 32 weeks. I would have started sooner but we had some set backs. Now all I'm missing is storage solutions!

I started around 28 weeks but all the stuff I jus put in the room and wen 28 weeks came j started organizing everything. Now I'm 33+2 nd alll is ready. Jus need baby girl to complete it:)

Usually after gender is established is a good time :)
That's what I have always done.

I set mine up really early, maybe 14 weeks, but only because my aunt gave me my crib, dresser, and changing table and my sister-in-law gave me a swing, so I had no where else to put it but to start setting up the baby's room.
