ok im concerned! need answers

So ok ever since i got pregnant all i want is spicy food nd im not talking bout jus jalapenos to me thats mild i mean HOT SUPER SPICY ..nd jus wanna kno if u ladies think its bad that i ate sspicy everyday literally. I always forget to ask the doctor nd also im 21w. Nd ive felt my little girl kik for 2 weeks or so nd today i havent felt anything so im jus worried :/

I doubt its harmful for the baby. That craving will go away once that heart burn kicks in owwch

If u google it or ask ur docter it wont affect baby at all , its just a wifes tale, theas only one problem if u dont eat it often and get diareha all the nutients passes through u too quickly for bubs to recieve thro placenta, hope this helps :)

Try something sugary to see I she moves then. She may just be having a lazy day.  Spicy foods shouldn't affect the baby.  But I am not positive on that so be sure to ask dr about it.  But I do know closer to edd they say it can send u into labor.  Idk why but it's an old wives tale lol
