ovary pulsating

not quite sure what is going on but i can only write what i know.  Well i am currently pregnant but have never went through. my sister and her husband are currently trying to concieve. She says she feels her right ovary pulsating almost like it has a pulse or like tugging.  she said she ovulated a few days ago. so is she ovulating late or could this be something else. has anyone ever had this?????

the pulsating and slight pain in my right ovary is the way i can tell that i am ovulating!

if i am not mistaken she does use opk and ovulated a couple days before. so not sure what was going there but anymore insite will be greatly appreciated.

Tell her to take a OPK to be sure. Not sure what it can be, but tell her to do that, that way she would have known.

I have felt my ovary pulsating around the period am ovulating but I have never bothered to check what it was because i thought it was natural
