over heating, swelling, heart racing

I am currently 22 weeks and some odd days. I am due August 16th, 2014. I have been having some odd episodes I never had with any previous pregnancy. The last couple days I have been over heating quite easily, my heart has been racing, and I have had times of getting light headed. My ankles are also swelling on and off. I have been on bed rest and pelvic rest due to placenta previa. My water intake is still high. What could this be that I am experiencing and should I worry about it right away? Or is it possibly something that can wait until my doctor's appointment on Monday the 21st?

I dont know what it cld be kinda sounds like dehydration. I kinda feel like you sometimes when i work in the bakery its soooo hot i  there. But i would call your dr now and see what he wants you to do you dont wanna riskit mama
