Your ligaments are stretching, hormone levels are changing, and organs are shifting around to make room for your growing uterus. Your body is getting ready for the day you give birth. Its normal I been feeling it since my second trimester im now 31 weeks and still feel it sometimes. Drink lots of water and if its really hurting you put a ice pack or heat bad but not on your belly. ♥ good luck momma
