pain in my side

I've had a horrible pain in my right side about my pelvic bone like directly across from my bellybutton for almost 2 days now. I stay hydrated so i know that's not it and I do not have a UTI. Any other ideas what this could be? I say the pain is about an 8 on a 1-10 scale and only feels better if I'm curled up in a ball.

And just for your information if your 14 weeks preg there is not as much risk to taking the appendix out as there is in the start 1st and
3rd trimester
The surgeon was wanting to give me antibiotics to settle my appendix till i was out of 1st trimester b4 operating cause start of 2nd trimester is safest time. But i didnt respond to antibiotics and it was too inflamed.

I'm definitely going to go get checked out. I got my gallbladder removed a year and a half ago so its not that. Although this pain feels close to a gallbladder attack. I wish they woulda just went ahead and took my appendix with my gallbladder. I'm gonna nap and then see how I feel.

Sounds like gallstones. I have the same thing.

To me it sounds like your appendix.
I got mine taken out about 10 days ago at 8 weeks pregnant.
I had really bad pain nausea constipation loss of appetite all things that i thought were just pregnacy symptoms but all disappeared after getting appendix removed.
I went to doctor 3 times before they came to that diagnosis so if u go to doc and  they say nothings wrong keep it in mind.
Cause i had ultrasound and inflammation on my appendix had settled and they didnt see anything yhen still felt pain 2 weeks later and docs did another ultrasound and my appendix looked like a massive sausage

Its not in my back at all though.wouldn't it hurt toward my back if it was kidneys? If I move hardly at all it hurts. I'm almost 14 weeks. Not ectopic. Its not in my pelvic area so I don't think its round ligaments, I've had a lot of that. If its not better here in a little while I'm going to go get checked out. Its been since yesterday morning.

How far along are you? Have you had an ultrasound? That sounds similar to when i had my ectopic pregnancy. If your further along, possibly round ligament pain from the baby growing and your uterus stretching. I had that with this pregnancy around 15 or 16 weeks and it was only on my right side about the same place your describing.

Could also be a kidney stones or a kidney infection. I had kidney stones and it hurt right there too but mine was so painful I was vomiting and had to go to the er immediately. I would say maybe kidney infection? Def go get checked out asap though!

You might want to get your apendix checked.  Im trying to pictire where your saying tge pain is, and I think it sounds like where my apendix hurt when I had to have it out.  A pain at hat level should be checked immediatly.
