Is it ok to help paint while in 2nd trimester ? I haven't seen anything on here recently and the things I did read from 5 years ago say it depends whether it is oil or water based paint . ??? I'm just wanting to help paint two rooms

Painting is fine as well as it's in a well ventilated area. If you're concerned about inhaling any paint fumes then simply wear a mask to cover your nose/mouth. As long as it's not anything too strenuous then you'll be fine, just make sure not to over do it and keep hydrated and take breaks.
