peppermint oil???

We live out in the country, and we get field mice this time of year. Every month I put out 100% peppermint oil on cotton balls. This is supposed to help rid your house of mice, and I find it works wonders. However, now I'm hearing it can cause a miscarriage! Is this true? Does anyone know about this? I am 8 weeks pg.

ive heard consuming peppermint isnt a good idea in pregnancy, but nothing about using it like you are.

I just called my doc. He said if it makes me feel better then remove it, but he has no problem with me having it. Said its highly unlikely it will do anything.

wow I get mice too and would LOVE to get rid of them but I guess I will have to wait until after my pregnancy. or maybe ask my doc. our traps catch one every night which is so gross, but its never ending

Ive never heard that..ive actually heard putting some near yer bed is a mornin sickness remedy
