period is four days late ?

hi im 4 days late for my period. i am 23 and engaged to my long time partner. since my last period i have had some strange like health bites lately. 9 days after my last period i felt all crampy and yuck , was feeling under the whether and my boobs , lower back and ovaries felt like they where playing up. the pain in my lower back was horrid! it lasted acouple of days but the cramps and random nausea spurs kept popping up randomly. last week i felt like my breast where gonna pop and my nipples where real tingly and sore and my lower back was all achy and i was heavily fatigued. the only problem is nothing has changed and it looks like my period has vanished into thin air :/ sometimes i feel im gettin it because i feel alittle wet at times and i have period cramps but no period ?i feel bloated and nauseas and im really tired all the time... i feel crazy right now dunno whats happening :(  im extremely regular and healthy. i have an app to see my doc for the end of next week ..just looking to see if anyone else has had these symptoms.. thank you

I had all these symptoms and I was 7 weeks pregnant... get a test x

wow i didnt even consider that lol but come to think of it im gonna get a test tomorrow lol :) thank you xx
