phenegan and tylenol

I'm in the terrible stages of severe morning sickness. My doc gave me phenergan but I'm scared to take stuff that might hurt the baby. Also I'm starting to have some bad cramping, is typenol safe?

Phenergan is safe to take, but i hated it, it did nothing for my nausea, i would recommend asking your dr about zofran, they also have it in disintegrating form so if you have trouble sswallowing pills like me its easy to go down. Plus it taste like berries. I live by this stuff, im 25 weeks and still get sick in the morning i take one pill in the morning and it stays with me all day. Also my baby is healthy as can be!

I was also prescribed reglan after the phenergan and before the zofran, but I never took one. My cousin took it and she had to go to ER for seizures an hour after she took it and she's never had a history of having seizures before. So it made me terrified of it lol. I loved my zofran though, I probably would've had to live in the hospital if I didn't have it.

Phenergan is safe, but will make you very sleepy.  I like to take it before bed if I'm nauseous. Zofran is alot better throughout the day. Doctor also gave me Reglan but I've held off on taking it I've heard too many bad things about it.

You should ask your doctor about zofran. It worked miracles for me and I had severe all day/night sickness for the first 5 months. He tried me on phenergan with my first pregnancy but I didn't like it cuz of the way it made me feel. All it did was put me to sleep, then when I woke up I just felt drunk and groggy and was still sick as a dog. I loved zofran though, I wouldn't have been able to eat at all or even drink if I hadn't of had it.
